We specialize in cooking parties/classes, spice blends, and meal kits with a distinct East Indian flavour. Owner and founder Sapna Jain is an energetic and engaging South Asian food expert who can bring the Indian Spice Kitchen to your doorstep!

Sapna is a self-proclaimed ‘spice girl’. Having grown up around spices her whole life, she brings a wealth of experience and passion to her craft. Along with managing her own venture, she also works for the family business, importing and wholesaling spices from around the world. East India Company Ltd. is one of the oldest and most respected South Asian food wholesalers in the Greater Toronto Area.

Sapna has been sought to share her expertise in East Indian spices for lectures, samplings and demonstrations with many organizations including the Harbourfront Hot n’ Spicy Festival, the Mississauga Library, the LCBO, and The South Asian Festival in Little India Toronto.

When she's not doing demos, cooking parties, or managing wholesale clients, Sapna is making moves to 'spice up' the Canadian food industry and spread the company’s philosophy – ‘simplify, demystify, diversify’. Currently she's developing a unique line of food products, including tea spices, curry spices, and curry pastes, to be launched in the mass market soon.
